    It's baffling there isn't a washing machine available- the laundry costs are absurd!!! A microwave would make a world of difference in the kitchen!!! Don't even get me started on the Nespresso machine issues!!!

    Location: the hotel was near paragon, transport and other destinations and the services. A few times I ate at Tanoshii, located relatively close to the property. The rooms were brand-new and neat, had a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet in the bathroom.

    The place is fairly clean and deluxe. Amazing friendly and attentive staff as one would expect. It has incredible, excellent setting, next to shops, the airport and the services. Orchard district is worth looking into.

    The apartment was spacious, clean, and had a great kitchen with everything I needed. The location was perfect, a quick walk to Paragon Mall and Mount Elizabeth Hospital. I really appreciated the free coffee available in the lobby every morning, it was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and efficient, always ready to help. I faced a few issues. The pool was smaller than I expected, and the cleaning service only came every other day, okay but not ideal because we tended to accumulate trash from takeout. They provided only one small bottle of shampoo and soap for the week, so bringing extra would have been helpful.

    It was just an ideal choice for a short layover in Singapore with excellent value. The room was nice and cozy. Don't expect daily cleaning. Take your trash out when you need to.
